The handmade solid wood kitchen work center will inspire passion and bring back the joy of cooking. Although it is so beautiful, you won't want to cook on it, the quality workmanship and solid wood construction means it will last for generations.
The top of this work center is solid Hard Rock Sugar Maple and base is made out of Cherry Wood. JK Adams truly thought of just about everything when they made this. There is a small ridge around three sides of the work top to prevent spillage and to keep crumb droppings at a minimum.
Like all JK Adams products, this piece is handmade at their factory in Dorset, Vermont using the same techniques craftsmen have been using for hundreds of years. The drawer (see photo) has a stainless steel pull handle and is mounted on European glides which will help slide the drawer close with only a gentle nudge.
Each leg has an adjustable foot so you can ensure the work surface is completely level. The lower level features slated wood and the entire piece is hand-rubbed with three coats of finish.
This work of art is shipped disassembled but can be assembled without tools. Yes, we mean it, without tools!
