Shipping Methods and Policy
As noted on our websites, some items such as shipments of large quantities of products, shipments to non-continental USA, or international shipments will require an additional shipping charge. When you order a product on your website, you will be presented with Fedex ground shipments within the continental USA ONLY. If you want additional other than Fedex ground you have the option to pay for those options by calling us at 800-366-7235. Although the website displays Fedex, in some situation we may elect to ship via USPS or UPS and reserve that right without prior notification. All orders to a PO Box will be shipped via the USPS.
Online orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days after the order was placed online. For expedited shipments, the order will leave the business following the date you placed the order. If you would like your order shipped the same day the order was placed, you must call us at 1-800-366-7235, and the order must be placed online prior to 2 PM EST. We cannot guarantee it will ship out that same day you placed the order.

Under normal circumstances, your order is shipped within 2-3 business days of when you place your order. This does not mean you will receive your order within 2-3 business days. This means that generally speaking, we will hand your order to FedEx or the USPS within that time frame.
A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time and we will notify you if that situation occurs.
All orders will have a FedEx, UPS, or USPS tracking number. This tracking number is emailed to you but in some situations will be delayed. Please call us at 800-366-7235 or email us a firstname.lastname@example.org to get your tracking number.
FedEx delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7AM -5PM local time. FEDEX Home Delivery service delivers “Residential” deliveries Tuesday-Saturday, delivering into the early evening weekdays. Where a business name is not provided, the order is presumed to be shipping to a “Residence”. If your order is shipping to a business, please, specify the name of the business. If it is shipping to a “Residence” but a business name has been provided, please note that in the “comments” when ordering. Otherwise, where a business name is provided, it is presumed that it is going to a “Commercial” district for delivery M-F during normal business hours. We do not guarantee the arrival date or time of the packages.
Please ensure that you provide us a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package, as the signature requirement may not be waived. While a change of delivery address may be possible under certain conditions, if a package is already in route, a $10 address change fee will be assessed. For address corrections needed for items shipping other than FEDEX, please contact us for options and quotes. We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep.
All orders over $100 shipped via FEDEX are insured for damage and missing packages. We are not responsible for any physical damage caused by the shipper. In the event a product arrives damaged, or appears tampered with, please notify us as soon as possible and within 10 business days for assistance in resolving the matter.
We ship to the following non-continental USA addresses using the USPS or FedEx. Free, flat rate, or other shipping discounts do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. There will be an additional charge to ship to these addresses:
- American Samoa
- Federated States of Micronesia
- Marshall Island
- Northern Marianna Island
- Puerto Rico
- US Virgin Islands

Most items may be shipped to P.O. Box. If you place an order with a P.O. Box ship-to address, we will attempt to ship all items using the United States Postal Service. If any items within your order can not be shipped using the United States Postal Service, you will be asked to provide a physical address for shipping.
These items will be delivered to the U.S. military or government post office within 5-10 business days from the ship date. The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/AFO/DPO/FPO destination. Items shipped to APO/AFO/DPO/FPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping. Shipment to these addresses will be subject to actual shipping charges. We will make ever effort to ensure you are receiving the best possible rate.
We are now shipping to Canada, with support for many more countries in the coming months. Free, flat rate, or other shipping discounts do not apply to orders shipped internationally. If you placed an order online and this order will be shipped internationally, non-continental USA, and US military installations, additional shipping charges will apply. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping.
Important Note for Shipments to International, Overseas Military, and Non Continental USA Destinations:
There will be additional shipping charges for international shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay importation duties, taxes, or other fees or expenses occurred for product shipment. Currently, for shipments to Canada or other international destination, please call or email us.
